Our Mission
Rochester Housing Charities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives, promoting quality housing development, and transforming communities. We provide safe, affordable housing to seniors and individuals with disabilities — serving some of Rochester’s most underserved residents with dignity and care.
Our Vision
We envision a Rochester where every adult, regardless of age or ability, has access to stable, affordable housing and the support they need to live independently and with purpose.
Our History
Rochester Housing Charities was established to address a critical and growing gap in affordable, accessible housing for Rochester's aging and disability communities. Since our founding, we have grown to manage multiple residential properties across the city, partnering with local agencies and service providers to offer residents far more than just a place to live.

A Nonprofit Built on Community
As a nonprofit organization, every decision we make is guided by our commitment to residents and the greater Rochester community. We reinvest in our properties, expand our partnerships, and continually improve the services available to those we house.
