Tenant Application
Rochester Housing Charities properties are in high demand, and waiting lists are often in effect. Completing an application places you on the waiting list in the order it’s received — so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Before you apply, here’s what to know:
- Our communities serve adults 50 and older and individuals with qualifying disabilities
- Rent is calculated as of your move-in date, based on the household income and information provided on your application
- All household members must be disclosed, including any accommodations needed (wheelchair, hearing impaired, visually impaired)
- Applicants must disclose if any household member is subject to a lifetime state sex offender registration requirement
- Rochester Housing Charities is committed to serving eligible applicants and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, sexual orientation, marital status, or physical or mental disability
